Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or who choose to self-pay have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. We're happy to provide one on request.

What if you're out-of-network with my plan?
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. On request, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurer.
